Promotional Packaging
Packaging is a preservation and storage product that protects the product in it, enables it to reach the consumer in clean and reliable conditions, and facilitates its transportation and storage.
Packages are classified as follows according to their usage area;
Primary packaging or sales packaging:
It is the packaging surrounding the product when it is sold to the final consumer. This includes packaging that is in direct contact with the product and other packaging components (eg cap and label) required to complete the sales unit.
Secondary packing or group packing
It is a package used to compile sales units for easy transportation applications in sales environment. This can be done by grouping products to sell to the consumer (for example, shrink film and corrugated boxes).
Tertiary or shipping packaging
Uses to facilitate the transport / transportation of a number of sales units or secondary packaging to prevent physical damage during transport (eg corrugated cardboard box). Unit load - A group of packages formed by multiple distribution packages combined for loading / unloading operations is called unit load (for example, a repackaged unit with stretch film on a pallet).
